Delivery costs are calculated by order value how soon the material is needed and distance from our storage yard in Wilmslow, Cheshire. Deliveries over £360 including VAT are free in the South Manchester area.

We deliver throughout mainland UK via our own 3.5 ton Mercedes Sprinter van as well as our transport partners and the Pallet network.

Please let us know if delivery is required and we can quote as requested. Collection is by arrangement only from our yard near Wilmslow , Cheshire SK9.

E mail enquiries are usually responded to within an hour or two. Calls to the office may take a little longer if there’s no one in attendance when you call.

Deliveries local to Manchester and the North West usually arrive within 2-3 days from order.

Deliveries via our dedicated transport partners usually take around a week.

Deliveries via the Pallet network usually arrive 48 hours after they are collected from our yard.

The Pallet network service is an efficient method of sending shorter length material such as battens , spindles or decking components and is charged by a pallet unit 1200mm wide.

For example a 4800mm length of timber covers 4 pallets and costs around 4 times more than a 1200mm wide section.

We will always endeavour to find the most efficient solution to your transport requirements and will happily discuss options with you.

If there are any transport restrictions to your delivery destination it’s important that you advise us of these prior to receiving a transport quote.

If there are access issues it may cause failure to deliver or additional charges from the selected logistics partner.

Please let us know in advance if there are any access restrictions; for example, narrow streets, parking restrictions, narrow farm tracks etc.

We are very proud of the fact that almost 100% of our deliveries arrive on time regardless of their destination and size.

However, if something does go wrong, you should call us immediately on receipt of goods, to report any concerns or issues with delivery or the quality of your order
